Romasz Szyszko

President of the Management Board

Roman is the co-founder of Saski Business Advisory. He is the specialist in management of the growth and the increase of effectiveness. He successfully executed projects in following companies: ENERGA, Institute for Market Economics, Municipal Company for Waste Management in Gdansk, Low Office LEX. He did work for financial institutions: Dexia Kommunalkredit Bank Polska, eBROKER insurance company, Nordea Bank Polska, Bank Komunalny, Bank Gdansk, Bank BPH. He specializes in the effective management of company growth.

Education and Qualifications

Roman graduated at the University of Gdansk receiving degrees in the management and the psychology. He was also earned the Master Science degree at the Strathclyde University in Glasgow /Great Britain/. Among others he took part trainings in: project management, value creation, effective leadership, team and time management. Roman is the risk manager certified by Polish risk management association POLRISK.

dr Błażej Lepczyński

Member of the Management Board

Błażej is the co-founder of Saski Business Advisory. He is the expert in banking, financial markets and risk management. He developed his experience as department manager in the Institute for Market Economics and Vice President of Institute for Analyses and Rating. He was the member of supervisory boards of leading banks in Poland: PKO BP and BPH. He prepared a number of expert opinions and prognostic projects for financial sector. He participated in the development of risk management system in ENERGA company. He focusses on issues concerning banking sector, profitability and risk management, corporate finance and rating activity. For years he successfully combines business activity with research and teaching.

Education and Qualifications

Błażej is a graduate of the University of Gdansk. At this institution of higher education, he received PhD degree in economics. He also received post graduate degrees in banking and finance. His interest focuses on value management and on financial markets. He contributed numerous papers on banking and corporate management.

Michał Dudziak

Adviser

Michał is the originator and co-founder of Saski Business Advisory. He is the experienced manager motivated to develop and to effective execute a business strategy. He has also expert knowledge and practice in restructuring and in focusing of business activity. He was managing large and scattered organizations. He was also working on projects in the matrix organizations. He successfully executed a number of big scale tasks: M&A transactions, risk management implementations, management of processes and of projects, organizational change projects, corrective and adjustment rearrangements. His profession experience was gained in leading companies in different sectors: construction (armament production, energy pipe lines, power in Poland and out of the country), power generation (fossil fuels and renewables) and banking sector (BIG Bank Gdanski, Nordea). He was a frontrunner of information technology projects.

Education and Qualifications

Michał is a graduate of two faculties of the University of Gdansk: the Economics of Production and the Economics of Transport. He also received postgraduate degrees in /1/ Organization and Management and /2/ International Law. On the top of it he obtained diplomas and certificates in financial restructuring of: companies, banks and a diploma for management of big scale corporations. Above listed degrees were awarded for practical training and seminars organized by the Center for Privatization, American Institute of Banking, University of Sterling, University of Gdansk and Gdansk Foundation for Manager Education. Michał successfully completed a studies – Executive MBA RSM Erasmus University of Rotterdam and Gdansk Foundation for Manager Education. He also finished PhD studies on Management Faculty of University of Gdansk. He is a participant in Elite Leadership Program Harvard and Strategic Leadership Academy Harvard/ ICAN.
